Affiliate Terms

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Sciasy Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these terms in their entirety. The affiliate program is owned and operated by Oshoppo AS.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission on all credit purchases (excluding fees and taxes) done by their referred users for as long as the user account is active.

Commissions are credited with a 30 day delay.

3. Tracking & Attribution

  • Referrals are tracked through cookies that remain active for 90 days from the initial click.
  • Cookies are set when visitors accept marketing cookies on our cookie banner.
  • For users who do not accept marketing cookies, referrals will still be credited if they register while the URL holds a valid referral parameter. The url parameter is removed from the visible URL on load, but it is stored in a javascript variable. This generally works only if the user registers on the initial page that they were referred to. If they accept cookies, the cookie will stay with them for up to 90 days and the referral will be credited.
  • We use last click attribution, meaning that the in case where the user has been referred by multiple affiliates, the last affiliate will be credited.
  • You can link to any generator on the site and still be credited by adding your referral code to the end of the URL. Read more in the dashboard and be sure to verify that the tracking works as expected.
  • Companies are only allowed to have one affiliate account and are not allowed to refer themselves or partake in schemes where groups go together to refer themselves.

4. Promotional Requirements

  • All promotional content featuring Sciasy must be clearly marked as "Sponsored" or with equivalent disclosure.
  • Affiliates must accurately represent Sciasy's services and capabilities.
  • Any misleading or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
  • Email marketing is only allowed if you have the permission of the recipient to send them marketing/offers/deals/promotions.
  • Affiliates are not allowed to use Sciasy's name, logo, or other intellectual property in a way that suggests they are endorsed by Sciasy.
  • Affiliates are not allowed to target the word "Sciasy" in search marketing ads.

5. Payment Terms

Commission payments are processed monthly for all qualifying sales, provided the minimum payout threshold of $100 has been reached.

Payments are processed through PayPal (Fees at the discretion of PayPal) or by USDC on Solana (No fee) or USDC on Ethereum ($5 fee). Payouts may be subject to additional fees depending on the payment method.

6. Term and Termination

Sciasy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at its discretion, with or without cause. Earned commissions may be forfeited if the affiliate is found to be in violation of the terms. Only active affiliates are qualified for earning commissions.

Affiliates that does not generate any revenue for 12 months will be removed from the affiliate program.

7. Modifications to Terms

Sciasy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time for any reason. Active affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the program following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding affiliate marketing, including but not limited to disclosure requirements and data protection laws.

9. Liability

Oshoppo AS shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of the affiliate program. Technical errors, mistakes, or other issues are to be expected and are not the responsibility of Oshoppo AS. It shall also be expected, but not guaranteed, that issues that arise will be handled as best as possible.
